In severe pain, broken a tooth, or had a dental injury? Call 020 8455 9580 — we keep daily emergency slots free and will get you seen the same day wherever possible.
Dental emergencies are stressful — and waiting only makes things worse. Our team holds daily slots specifically for emergencies so you can be seen, assessed and out of pain on the same day. We treat both registered patients and new patients.
Yes — we keep daily emergency slots free for patients in severe pain, with dental trauma or facial swelling. Call 020 8455 9580 or WhatsApp 07376 410010 first thing in the morning and we'll get you seen the same day wherever possible.
A private emergency appointment at Gentle Dental Care is £95 and includes a full examination, X-rays if needed, and immediate pain relief (e.g. opening a tooth to drain an abscess). Any further treatment is quoted before we proceed.
Severe toothache that stops you sleeping, facial swelling, knocked-out or broken teeth, lost crowns or fillings causing pain, abscesses, uncontrolled bleeding after extractions, and dental trauma after an accident. If you're unsure, call us — we'll triage over the phone.
Hold the tooth by the crown (not the root), rinse it gently in milk or saline (not water), and try to place it back in the socket. If that's not possible, store it in milk and get to us within 30–60 minutes — the sooner, the better the chance of saving it.
Yes — we see children of all ages for dental emergencies. Trauma to baby teeth and adult teeth needs urgent assessment to protect the developing teeth underneath. Call us immediately if your child has had a knock to the mouth.
Outside our hours, call NHS 111 for urgent dental care — they'll triage and direct you to the nearest emergency dental service. For life-threatening swelling or breathing difficulty, go straight to A&E.
Don't wait. Call 020 8455 9580 or WhatsApp us — we'll triage and book you in for the same day wherever possible.
