Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By booking an appointment with Gentle Dental Care you agree to the following.
1. About us
Gentle Dental Care is a private and NHS dental practice located at 2b Golders Green Road, London NW11 8LH. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).
2. Appointments & cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may incur a charge equivalent to the booked surgery time.
3. Treatment estimates
Before any treatment begins you will receive a written estimate. Estimates are valid for 90 days. Should your clinical needs change during treatment, an updated estimate will be discussed with you before further work is carried out.
4. Payment
Payment for private treatment is due on the day of treatment unless a finance plan is in place. We accept cash, debit and credit cards. Finance is provided through Tabeo (subject to status).
5. Guarantees
Where applicable, laboratory work (crowns, bridges, dentures) carries a 12-month guarantee provided patients attend recommended hygiene and review appointments.
6. Consent
Informed written consent is obtained before any irreversible or significant treatment. You may withdraw consent at any time.
7. Children
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be asked to sign consent for any treatment.
